We do no accept garage door openers in lieu of key; if there is a power failure we cannot get into your home

Owner must contact us upon their arrival home

For your pets safety please do not leave a collar on your dog if they are in a crate

All medications must be labeled with dosage and pet's name

We need an emergency contact number

Payment must be left on the counter the day of your departure

We only do daily visits for cats while you are away; not every other day

House keys are not left on the counter or under the mat

You may leave your key on file at the Barking Spa. It will be kept in a lock box

We do not pick up or drop off keys, you may drop off prior to your scheduled visits if not left on file
